    Greg has been coaching and training a variety of modalities for over 15 years.

    As a professional Health and Human Performance Coach, Greg specializes in Tactical Strength and Conditioning, Running, Swimming, and healthy lifestyle interventions for all populations and ability levels. 

    Greg helps to develop and manage the mental, physical, and nutritional standards of individuals, small units, and teams to expand functional capabilities, improve overall health, and optimize personal performance.

    Greg has developed youth athletic teams, Spartan training programs, the physical fitness abilities of hundreds of military athletes, and worked with Special Operations soldiers and sailors to maintain peak physical condition to meet the rigorous demands of the job. 

    Greg has a Masters of Exercises Science and Health Promotions, with an emphasis on Tactical Strength and Conditioning from California University of Pennsylvania.

    Chrystie boasts over 6 years of experience in the fitness and nutrition industry, a journey that began in her upbringing alongside a competitive bodybuilder, instilling in her a lifelong passion for health and fitness. As a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, Chrystie is dedicated to fostering realistic, sustainable partnerships between fitness and nutrition, catering to individuals of all backgrounds and fitness levels.

    Specializing in both small group and one-on-one training, Chrystie provides tailored fitness regimens and personalized nutrition coaching to ensure lasting results. Her expertise extends beyond individual training, having worked with diverse groups such as high school soccer teams, ultramarathoners, seniors, and youth.

    Chrystie's holistic approach to nutrition emphasizes long-term health and balance, offering clients a comprehensive program designed for lifelong wellness. Additionally, her dynamic High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program has empowered countless clients to enhance strength and functional mobility.
