HIIT & Core

Our one-hour signature class. RowFit HIIT & Core is everything you need in ONE workout. Build your strength, core, cardio, and endurance.

You’ll start with short intervals on the rowing machine and then complete the workout with low-impact bodyweight and kettlebell exercises to further strengthen your core, legs, and upper-body. In our classes, you'll learn to pull together to build your fitness.

RowFit
Strength & Endurance

A one hour class lead by our head trainer. The first part of the class focuses on building strength, using bodyweight, kettlebells, bands, and TRX straps. The second part of the class builds endurance by working on longer, lower-intensity intervals on the rowing machine.

Fit and Forty(ish)

F&F HIITRow is a 40-ish minute high-intensity workout created to make you functionally fit. It combines athletic, aerobic and functional strength exercises. Designed as an 8-week season to focus and motivate you to reach higher levels of functional strength and fitness season after season! Join Coach Chrystie for a fun, fast and effective workout twice a week.

Team Strength

A one-hour expert-led class to build strength with weights, kettle bells, and resistance training. No rowing in this workout. Work in a small group and get personal coaching to improve your form, while building your strength and power. It’s a perfect supplement to RowFit or can be taken on its own. This class is included in all punch cards and memberships.

Youth Strength Training

45-minute morning strength training sessions for youth athletes. Includes a dedicated trainer in a small group with a maximum of 12 kids per class. Youth athletes will learn proper strength training and weight lifting techniques and will lift on a program specifically geared to their sport and their strength. Our strength training program is ideal to help build explosive strength and power. It's ideal for runners, basketball players, football players, volleyball players, swimmers, rowers, and any youth athlete looking to build their overall strength, speed and capabilities.
