Our signature training method combines short, powerful rowing intervals with targeted strength work for unprecedented results. In our small-group classes, expert coaches guide you through purposefully designed workouts that build real strength and endurance.

Unlike other workouts, the Ridgeline workout is true high intensity + strength straining that is scientifically designed to change your body composition and boost your fitness.

Our Classes

  • RowFit HIIT and Core

    The core Ridgeline workout. A one-hour, science-backed workout that will build your strength, endurance, and overall fitness. You’ll do intervals on the rowing machine and strength-building exercises with top-notch coaching. It’s addictive!

  • RowFit Strength and Endurance

    This one-hour class starts with strength work, working with kettle bells, bands, and body weight - all under the expert guidance of our head trainer. The second half of the class focuses on low and medium intensity rowing intervals to build endurance.

  • Fit and Forty(ish)

    A high-intensity workout created to make you functionally fit. It combines athletic, aerobic and functional strength exercises.n goes here

  • Team Strength

    Work in a small group with an expert trainer to build your strength. You’ll work with kettle bells, bands, and olympic weights to re-shape your body. Build your weekly schedule with Strength and RowFit for the ultimate fitness.

  • Personal Training

    Work 1-1 with a certified trainer to meet your goals. Every session is custom tailored to you.
